I partner with purpose- and passion-driven nonprofit, business, and startup teams to supercharge impact.

I have devoted more than 20 years to designing organizational and programmatic mission, vision, and strategy; helping leaders and governing boards deepen capacity and hone performance; recruiting, training, and coaching teams; developing and implementing programs; strengthening operations and policy for greater effectiveness; and aligning values, behaviors, and systems to create the intentional organizational culture necessary to move us through change and into the future.

My career is rooted in an early experience teaching university students and working professionals at the University of Cape Town’s Numeracy Centre. Through that foundational role, I gained a deep appreciation for the impact that organizations can have on their communities when built and guided by principled, knowledgeable, well-connected and effective leaders.

New Leadership Project

I am especially excited to partner with next generation leaders committed to leveling up their change-oriented leadership.

Through the New Leadership Project, I leverage practical executive experience, questioning, and deep listening to help leaders generate their own solutions to challenges; clarify objectives; identify and correct counterproductive patterns; develop executive presence and peer relationships; and gain awareness of themselves, others, and their operating environment.

I trained as a leadership coach at ICF-accredited Teleos Leadership Institute and am also a Prosci-certified change management practitioner.
